How to disable comments for any post types?

The Disable Comments feature in WP Adminify allows you to turn off comments on specific post types or across your entire WordPress site. Disabling comments is helpful when you want to avoid spam, maintain a professional image, or simply don’t require user feedback for particular content types.

Follow these steps to disable comments for any post type:

1. Access Disable Comments Feature in WP Adminify

To begin, log in to your WordPress dashboard:

• Navigate to WP Adminify > Security > Disable Comments

2. Enable the Disable Comments Feature

Make sure the Disable Comments feature is enabled by switching the toggle button to ON (green). This will allow you to configure the settings for disabling comments across post types.

3. Select the Post Types to Disable Comments

In the Disable Comments settings, you will see a section labeled for Post Types. This section allows you to specify which types of content you want to disable comments for. There will be a list of all the Post Types in registered on your website. Just select the post type for which you want comments disabled. 

4. Save Your Settings

After selecting the post types you want to disable comments for, scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and click Save Changes to apply your configuration. This will ensure that comments are disabled for the selected post types.

5. Verify That Comments Are Disabled

To confirm that comments have been successfully disabled for the selected post types:

• Visit one of the post types you disabled comments for.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page or post. You should no longer see the comment form or any related comment sections.
