The Admin Favicon feature within WP Adminify allows users to personalize their WordPress admin dashboard by setting a custom favicon. By default, WordPress uses a generic icon for the admin dashboard, but with WP Adminify, you can easily change this to a custom icon that reflects your brand or personal style.

• Navigate to the WP Adminify panel from your WordPress dashboard.
• Under the Customize section, locate the Admin Favicon option.

Uploading a Custom Favicon

WP Adminify offers flexibility in terms of how you can set your favicon. You can either upload a custom image or choose from existing images in your WordPress Media Library.

Uploading a Favicon:

1. Click the Upload button to upload an image file from your computer.
   
2. Ensure that the image is in a supported format. Common favicon formats include:

• ICO: A traditional favicon format commonly used by browsers.
• PNG: Offers transparency, allowing for a more flexible look in various tab designs.
• SVG: A vector format that scales well on different screen sizes, including high-DPI devices.
• JPEG: Suitable if you don’t need transparency in your favicon.
• WEBP: A modern image format that provides smaller file sizes with high-quality visuals, supporting both transparency and non-transparent options.
• The recommended size for a favicon is 16x16 pixels or 32x32 pixels. These dimensions ensure that the icon displays clearly in browser tabs without distortion or blurriness.

Choosing from Media Library:

• If you have previously uploaded a favicon, click on the Select Image button and choose the image from your Media Library. This option is convenient if you already have a favicon in use on other parts of your website and want consistency across the board.

By customizing the admin favicon, WP Adminify allows you to personalize the admin interface beyond typical theme or color changes.
